Personify Your Devices

Give them names and treat them like friends. This will help you change your perspective and establish healthy usage/  relationships


Define Spaces

Determine physical spaces where your phone simply cannot be. For example: bedroom, bathroom, diner table. This is equivalent to having friends who may never come into your home or bedroom.
